FIFTN is a party-game mobile application (“App”) designed for group entertainment. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and related services (“Services”).

The App may offer one-time purchases (e.g., Premium, Ads-free) via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices and availability may vary by region and are shown in the App. Purchases are managed by Apple; refunds follow Apple’s policies.

6. Ads

If the free version includes advertisements, we aim to show ads in a way that does not interrupt core gameplay (e.g., at the end of a session). Ad behavior can change based on product updates.

7. User Content & Conduct

If the App ever allows user-submitted content (e.g., custom prompts), you must not submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or violates third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, and all related materials are owned by FIFTN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer except where permitted by law.

9. Updates & Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIFTN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the App.
